The South Umpqua Historical Society will have a booth under the pavilion at Pioneer Days on August 24, 25 and 26. The 2023 issue of Pioneer Days in the South Umpqua Valley are here and will be available in our booth, along with The George Riddle book and the Canyonville 100 Year book, by Bess Clough.
We will be under the pavilion located to the left as you enter the park from 4th Street. In the same area will be the old time demonstrations, with blacksmithing, gold panning, wool spinning and laundry day in pioneer times.
