We accepted the bid from Knife River Materials, a Roseburg paving company, to pave our parking lot in early October of this year. We did not expect to have the work done until spring, but a break for the company and another smaller job in our area allowed them to do the work this fall. Their expertise in preparation and water drainage took care of our puddles and left us with a seamless beautiful parking lot. A lucky break for us as well!
